Victor is a native of Southern California.
He attended the University of Arizona and received a Business Degree in Economics. 
His professional career has consisted of holding many sales leadership roles, while winning numerous achievement awards for the following organizations:

• Boston Scientific 
  

Smith and Nephew 
Victor has over 25 years of sales/ management experience (with 20 years of sales/management experience in Medical Device )
In his most current roles at Smith and Nephew Orthopedics he served as VP of Sales of the West overseeing a 200m business, and interim VP of US Sales overseeing a 1 billion business.



TRUDE JACKSON
VP of Strategic Business Development
Trude was born in Norway, but has spent most of her life in Southern California. After growing up in Orange County, she and her husband moved to  San Diego and have resided there since 1985.
She attended the University of California at Davis and attained her degree in Bacteriology.
Her career spans over 35 years in the medical industry, with over 33 of those years concentrated in Orthopedics.

Trude lives in San Diego. She has two grown children who live on the east coast.
